This is a Corian 850 integral sink.  The sink has a crack you can barely see with your eye but it is leaking.  The homeowners chose to retro fit an undermount stainless steel sink as the replacement.

It is being replaced with a Kraus 16 ga zero radius sink.  People are really loving those.

 Here is the new Kraus sink.  Actually, I should have taken a better picture looking down into the Kraus sink.  So I am going to put a picture of a Kraus sink on another job I did with a better in sink view.

  Today we are in Danville, Virginia replacing a Corian 850 integral sink with a top mount stainless steel double bowl sink from Water Creation.
  This sink has a crack in it and it is leaking into the cabinet.

This is the Water Creation top mount double bowl sink.

The plumber will be there in the morning to plumb the new sink.

  This is another retrofit sink replacement.  It is in Advance, North Carolina.  We are replacing a Corian 850 double sink with a single bowl stainless steel undermount sink.

Retro Fit Undermount Farm Sink Installation in Pinehurst, NC

This is a retro fit undermount farm sink installation in Pinehurst NC. The countertops are Corian and have been in the home for about 15 years. The homeowners love their Corian and did not want to get granite or new Corian.

Measuring twice

The plastic bubble is in place and I am about to go under to start cutting.

Don't worry.  I am just lining things up.  The mask goes on before the cutting starts.

All of the rough cuts are made so I can remove the section with the sink in it.

The sink is removed and now the real work begins.

Fabricating the new Corian to rework the sink cutout.

I now have done the necessary work to hold the 140 pound cast iron Kohler Farm sink in the cabinet.  Now I have to fill in the empty areas with the new Corian that I am fabricating under the lanai.

All of the Corian fabricating is done and now it is time to integrate the old with the new
